Some mold and moss, bacterial, etc are cleared away by&nbsp;decomposed effect. However put on some blot, air&nbsp;pollutant-formation or&nbsp;bird dropping are keep down to adhesion condition by&nbsp;decomposed, then hydrophilic property is cleared way with rain water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photocatalyst M-Clean fluid works well even on walls on the north side, which are not exposed to direct sunlight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only&nbsp;either property is not able to do self cleaning effect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photocatalysis self-cleaning&nbsp;effect is the only ticket.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/mclean.marusyosangyo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_2224.jpg\" alt=\"Self cleaning condition since 2005\" title=\"Self cleaning condition since 2005\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Self-cleaning condition since 2004<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">(Exterior wall&nbsp;on the north side, specification: concavo-convex shape paint on a ALC)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Antifouling field test<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In January 2004, photocatalyst M-Clean M-5 type was installed on a part of the north side of the outer wall of the factory.
